Decent apartments with a very beautiful view Positive: Apartments with a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa! Great location — just a 10–15 minute walk to the Dubai Mall. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need and very quiet inside. The host was always available and ready to help with any questions. Negative: Unfortunately, all the dishes were plastic and not new. The balcony door in the living room didn’t open. Many things were poorly fixed. There were ants in the bathroom, and some dampness as well. The apartment itself is nice, but not very well maintained.

Very poor experience Positive: The view and the location Negative: Very poor experience: dirty apartment and unresponsive host. We arrived late at 11 PM, even though we had informed the host in advance and sent all required documents on time, the check-in was not prepared. We had to wait over 40 minutes in the lobby until the concierge intervened. The apartment was in very poor condition: mold in the bathroom, infiltrations, bad smell, and a general lack of cleanliness (stained couches, curtains, carpets and dirty windows). Despite sending cleaning staff when we reported, the issues could not be solved. Traveling with a 3-month-old baby, the apartment was unsuitable. We asked for an early check-out and refund for the remaining nights, but the host intentionally delayed the process. Eventually, we managed to leave after 4 nights, with the host still applied a one-night penalty fee for cleaning :)

Positive: Absolutely fantastic apartment. Clean and cozy with comfortable beds, nice view and well equipped. It was a big pleasure to stay here for a few nights. Very convenient car parking and great access to two different types of sauna. Short walk from the Dubai mall. Thank you very much. Negative: A small separate kitchen towel and a sponge to wash the dishes would be beneficial.
